In addition to certification ACCREDIA (formerly SIT) of instruments, we are able to issue valid calibration reports for ISO9001, all using samples related to Italian national standards (ACCREDIA) and international standards (EA) and ensuring, thus, the traceability of the metrology chain for many magnitudes.
The calibration report is a document that attests the control of the instrument according to ISO9001 standards and as required by applicable regulations. It contains information on:
- Instrument data
- Calibration procedure used
- Eventual reference standards
- Tests performed
- Samples / primary instruments used (serial number and certificate number or equivalent ACCREDIA LAT)
- Deviation detected
- Uncertainty of measurement
- Test results
The service is offered to companies that require monitoring by an external agency and through a visit with established frequency to check the state of the instruments and releasing a calibration report. Thanks to a series of measurements (verification of the angular load, repeatability and linearity) carried out with established procedures, with known standards and certified masses, will be expressed the measurement and calibration data, as well as the uncertainty detected in the conditions of calibration . We are able to provide calibration of scales from analytical balances to large scale industrial scales, such as for example the weighbridges.
The service consists of the preliminary verification and calibration with certified samples, of metal detectors and X-ray inspection systems. Through a visit with periods to be determined is verified the status of the instruments by releasing a calibration report.

It 'a service provided at the user's headquartes, the service provides a preliminary inspection and then proceeds with the actual calibration of the checkweigher. Normally is performed with a visit, but it can be agreed on a program with frequency established by the user.

This is a calibration service, with release of a test report, directed to volumetric systems (tanks, cisterns, hoppers, etc.) containing water/aqueous solutions/liquids different from water, installed in industrial systems for the determination of the quantity expressed by weight. Thanks to the use reference material samples, we compare the indications of the system being tested and the samples and then report deviations and uncertainties in the test report.
This service is addressed to testing laboratories and companies that internally employ force measurement instruments, used for the verification of uniaxial testing machines (machines with tension/compression). Thanks to a series of measurements carried out as provided by the UNI EN ISO 376, with known standards and with load cells certified of adequate precision, the measurement and calibration data of the instruments under test will be expressed.
